President’s Invitational Show “America The Beautiful”  – Along with the annual awards meeting and potluck will be ON A NEW DAY, THURSDAY , Dec 4 ^th 2025 10am – 1pm at our usual meeting place Calvary Christian Reformed Church.

Instructions:

1. Drop off art to the Wyoming Library 3350 Michael SW, you may bring up to three original artworks, theme “America the Beautiful”, with wires on the back for hanging.(Sawtooth hangers do not work with the hanging system.) Be there promptly with your artworks at 10am.  Waiver sent via email.  Match label with artwork.
2.     Fee is $5 per artist (regardless of number of entries), along with waiver.
3.    Then go the Calvary Christian Reformed Church, where we normally meet for our meetings for the holiday Potluck.

4. Bring a dish to pass.  The main dish will be provided by the Guild. 

5. Gift Exchange is original art 5x7, matted to 8x10.Unwrapped.  For those who participate, we will exchange by drawing numbers. Place your gift on the table where we usually have Artist’s Choice.  and take a look at the other artworks.

People’s Choice awards will be given out at the March 2026 meeting.  The public (and fellow artists) will be encouraged to vote for their favorites.

4)     Label Information needed by Tuesday, Dec 2nd.  Please bring to the Nov 20^th  meeting or email by Dec 2^nd .
